1. General Provisions
SMART MOVE L.L.C-FZ, established in 2023, is a premium global trading entity headquartered in the dynamic hub of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. These Terms of Trade govern all commercial interactions, transactions, and agreements facilitated by the company.

2. Vehicle Trading Terms
Specialized procurement and trade protocols for Classic, Used, and cutting-edge Electric Vehicles (EV). All trade entities must provide certified provenance and technical clearance documentation.
3. Logistics & Safe Transport
Utilizing "The Global Velocity" framework, we guarantee secure transit. Risk transfer follows Incoterms® 2020 standards unless specifically modified in the trade agreement.
4. General Trading & Wholesaling
Our wholesale division handles high-volume global commodities. Terms include rigorous quality inspection at origin, automated batch tracking, and compliance with Dubai export control regulations.
5. Payment & Delivery Terms
Financial Flow
Swift (MT103) transfers and secured Letters of Credit (LC) are preferred. Standard settlement is T+3 for automotive assets post-inspection.
Delivery Precision
Estimated delivery windows are provided upon port clearance. Smart Move is not liable for force majeure port delays.
6. Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
